Kolkata: The mega Gita recital event is going to be a grand one as virtually 5 lakh devotees are all set to participate in the mega Gita recital event to be held today. Along with lakhs of devotees, the main attendees in the event will be Baba Ramdev and Dhirendra Krishna Shastri.
Notably, the event is scheduled to be held at the Brigade Parade ground. The ground reverberated with the sound of drums and cymbals superiority of the mass recital of the sacred verses of Holy Bhagwat Gita.
Titled as ‘Panch Lakkho Konthe Gita Path’ (Gita chanting by five lakh voices), the event is organised by the Sanatan Sanskriti Sansad. The event is joint of monks and spiritual leaders from variegated monasteries and Hindu religious organisations.
