Akash What makes you connect to the people so well ? I know one thing that you are such a grounded person what are the other things that makes u so special?

Hi Akshay. Thank you so much that honestly means a lot. I’ve always believed that connection starts with being present and real with people. One of the things I try to do is genuinely listen not just to respond, but to understand where someone is coming from. Everyone has a story, and I think when you take the time to truly see someone for who they are, beyond the surface, that’s when real connection happens.

Being grounded helps, yes it keeps me in touch with who I am and where I’ve come from. But I think what really helps me connect with people is empathy. I try to put myself in their shoes, even if their experiences are completely different from mine. I never want anyone to feel judged or dismissed around me. I also value consistency being someone people can rely on, not just when things are good, but especially when things are messy.

And I think there’s also something about staying humble knowing I don’t have all the answers, and that I can learn something from every person I meet. I’m always working on myself, always trying to grow, and I think people pick up on that energy. I just try to show up as my true self with honesty, patience, and respect and let people feel safe being themselves too. That’s really what it comes down to for me.
