Do you actually read all the messages and comments listeners send?

I try—really hard. Every morning and evening, I go through listener messages on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and our station's inbox. But to be completely honest, I can’t read every single one in real time—especially during a live show. There’s simply too much coming in. That said, I absolutely do not ignore them. I go through them in batches, and if something stands out—a moving story, a unique song request, or feedback—I save it for the show or personally respond when I can. Listeners are the heart of Big Live, and their words matter. Just know this: even if you don’t get an instant reply, your message is seen, felt, and appreciated. And if you write with intent and emotion—not just “hi play song”—you have a much higher chance of being heard on air. So yes, I read as much as humanly possible. And no, your message is never wasted.
