Hi Akash.. Do you believe in afterlife?
Hi Pradnya.. This is one of the best questions I’ve ever come across…“Do I believe in the afterlife?”
Yes, I do. And let me explain why, with a simple yet profound analogy.
Imagine a baby growing in the womb. To that baby, the womb is everything. It’s warm, it’s safe, and it’s all it has ever known. It hears muffled sounds, sees faint lights, feels rhythms of a beating heart yet it cannot begin to comprehend what lies beyond. If you could somehow ask the baby, “Do you believe in life after birth?”it might say, “No. This is all there is.”
But then, birth happens. Suddenly, the baby is thrust into an entirely new reality one full of light, color, sound, faces, emotions, and infinite possibilities. A reality that it could never have imagined or understood from inside the womb.
Now think about our existence here. What if this life what we call the “real world” is actually just another kind of womb? A preparation. A space where we grow, learn, and develop not just physically, but spiritually, morally, emotionally. And maybe, just maybe, death is not the end at all. Maybe it’s a transition. A “birth” into a higher, more expansive reality that we can’t yet comprehend from our current limited perception.
Just because we can’t see what’s beyond doesn’t mean there is nothing there. The baby couldn’t see life beyond the womb either.
The womb prepares the child for the world. Maybe this life prepares the soul for eternity.
So yes I believe in the afterlife. Not blindly, but with the same quiet intuition that tells us there’s more to existence than what we can see, hear, or touch. Life feels too deep, too meaningful, too mysterious to be just a random blip in the void.
Thank You Pradnya have a nice day
