Hi Mandar, For daily shows we have to do a lot of researches about topics that we choose to speak on Radio so I note all the points to talk on and when I talk, I include all those points in my speech or we call it links. so usually I don't prepare a script every time, I try to keep it real and try to speak my heart out unless it is a promotion of any specific brand where we are been provided with a script so that we talk about everything that a brand wants us to talk on. and yes I always try to improvise in terms of voice or dialogues delivery.
