How do you incorporate fine arts in your current profession?

Wow, Asmi — I’m genuinely thankful you asked this!

Because I’ve actually studied Fine Arts — and that makes this question even more special to me.

At first glance, fine arts and radio may seem worlds apart — one is visual, the other is audio. But the soul of both? It’s the same: to evoke emotion.

Fine art uses colours, forms, and textures... and I use tone, pitch, pacing, and pauses. Just like an artist arranges elements on a canvas, I shape emotions with my voice. The principles of design — contrast, balance, rhythm — they exist in radio too. I just apply them through sound.

It might sound strange to some — but whether it’s a colour or a chord, a brushstroke or a beat — both are just different languages trying to say the same thing: feel this.

So thank you, Asmi. You didn’t just ask a question — you reconnected me with my roots as an artist.
