How you become successful in the life

ohh i have so much to achieve in life yet,but i think to be successful in a media field you have to be observent,ready for change,work really,stay happy with what you get to do,be kind,never loose yourself to any pressure and keep upgrading yourself,for a Radio Jockey language command is really important as well as being spontanious and by gods grace i am blessed and hard work has no short cuts.
