Ask Question
What advice would you give someone who wants to become an RJ?

Don’t chase fame—chase connection. This isn’t Instagram or YouTube. Here, no one sees your face. Your voice, your words, and your energy are all you have. If you can speak with empathy, think quickly, and listen deeply—you have what it takes. But be ready to work hard. Voice modulation, script writing, technical handling, time management—it’s not just talking. And you’ll face rejection. I did. Several times. But I kept learning and kept showing up. Also, don’t copy another RJ’s style. Find your own. Listeners can tell when you’re faking it. Be flawed, be funny, be emotional—be you. That’s what makes people stay. At Big Live, we’re not just voices—we’re companions. If you want to be one, start practicing, start recording, and start sharing. The mic is waiting.
