According to media reports, the increase in salary and pension will depend on the fitment factor. A committee headed by Justice Ranjana Prakash Desai will determine this. For Level 1 employees, the increase would be from 18,000 to 51,480, an increase of 33,480. For Level 3 employees, the salary will increase from 21,700 to 62,062, an increase of 40,362.
For Level 6 employees, the salary will increase from 35,400 to 1,01,244, an increase of 65,844.
For Level 10 employees, the salary will increase from 65,844 to 1,60,446, an increase of 1,04,346.
Salaries of lower-level employees based on a 1.7 fitment factor:
For Level 1 employees, the salary will increase from 18,000 to 30,600.
For Level 3 employees, the salary will increase from 21,700 to 36,890.
For Level 6 employees, the salary will increase from 35,400 to 60,000.
