New Delhi: Amid the ongoing controversy, Deepinder Goyal is stepping lanugo as the group senior executive officer of Eternal Ltd., as per the regulatory filing on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Blinkit's Albinder Dhindsa is all set to take over with firsthand effect.
What Deepinder Goyal said in his statement?
In a letter to shareholders, Goyal said, “Of late, I have found myself drawn to a set of new ideas that involve higher-risk exploration and experimentation. These are the kinds of ideas that are largest pursued outside a public visitor like Eternal.”
“If these ideas belonged inside Eternal’s strategic scope, I would have pursued them within the company. They do not. Eternal deserves to remain focused, and disciplined, while exploring new areas of growth that are relevant to its current line of business,” he remoter said.
What Deepinder Goyal said about Albinder Dhindsa?
He remoter widow that the operating decisions will now move to Dhindsa. "As Group CEO, he will own day-to-day execution, operating priorities, and merchantry decisions," he said. He unfurled to add that ''Blinkit's journey from vanquishment to breakeven was handled by him and he is "more than capable of leading Eternal" as group CEO.
