What happened during Nepal elections?
Rapper-turned-politician Balen Shah's newly worked Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is poised for a landslide victory in the unstipulated elections. The protests led to the ouster of the KP Sharma Oli-led government. Equal to reports, equal to data misogynist with the Referendum Commission from 161 of the 165 constituencies, the RSP has won six seats and is leading in 109 others. Balen Shah, who was recently the mayor of Kathmandu, is leading in the Jhapa-5 constituency, a stronghold of four-time Prime Minister and CPN-UML Chairman Oli. Shah has so far secured over 15,000 votes, while Oli has secured only 3,300 votes.
