Iran: Iran is currently in the second week of the war. After the death of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, his son Mojtaba Khamenei (or Seyed Mojtaba Khamenei) has been made the new Supreme Leader. Iran's state broadcaster IRIB has given this news. Then immediately Iran fired the "first wave" of missiles at Israel—state media said it was "under the leadership of Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei." Air raid sirens sounded in northern and inside areas of Israel, including Tel Aviv and Haifa. Israel's Home Front Command said the missiles were intercepted, fragments of the interceptors fell in some places, but now it is unscratched - people can come out of the shelters.

All this happened when the turnout comprising Iran's top clerics elected Mojtaba. His father Ali Khamenei was killed in the first major US-Israeli strike on February 28 – his recipe was destroyed.
