Tensions between Iran, Israel, and the U.S. remain high as Iran’s foreign minister warned that while talks may be delayed, the country’s nuclear program will move forward without pause.
Iran Threatens US After Israel’s Attack
The "Operation Rising Lion" by Israel pushed Iran and Israel into war. The global attention drew the U.S. into assisting Israel. The two countries together targeted and bombed nuclear sites in Iran. While Iran has once again openly threatened the U.S., it still denies any damage to its nuclear program.
Talks Will Take Time, Starting the Nuclear Program Won’t
Though the war has stopped, lasting peace between the nations still remains uncertain. Abbas Araghchi, Iran's foreign Minister, has directly warned the us that while the diplomatic talks may take time to resume, the nuclear program of Israel will be restarted soon. "I don't think talks will resume anytime soon, but Iran will soon restart Uranium enrichment," Agrachi said in a television interview. He stated that Iran will agree to talks only if the U.S. promises no further attacks in the future.
Iranian Hackers Threaten to Leak Trump’s Emails
In the meantime, Iranian hackers have issued another threat. They have claimed to have emails from people in President Donald Trump's circle. A similar incident also happened in the past when hackers leaked documents related to the 2024 U.S. elections. In an online chat, A hacker going by the name 'Robert' claimed that they have over 100GB of emails from influential Trump associates, including Susie Wiles, Lindsey Halligan, and Roger Stone. They threatened to sell this information to journalists and others.
