Russia is Preparing for the war:The threat of world war is increasing due to Russia's warlike attitude. For this reason, America and Europe have intensified their security preparations. American scientists and intelligence agencies are working continuously to assess Russia's nuclear power. Recently, the US Federation of American Scientists (FAS) released a report on Russia's nuclear topics in 'Nuclear Notebook', including the number of weapons deployed and their preparation details.
Russia has completed preparations for the Great War
According to the report, Russia has deployed nuclear weapons on land, at sea, and in the air. Submarine-launched ballistic missiles (SLBMs) are ready at sea, including the "Bulava" and "Sineva" missiles. Both are equipped with MIRV technology and can siphon warheads of 400 to 600 kilotons. A total of 992 nuclear warheads are deployed at sea.
Russia has moreover deployed a large number of intercontinental ballistic missiles on land. These include the RS-20V, Avangard, RS-12M, RS-12M2, RS-24 Yars, and RS-28 Sarmat. All are equipped with MIRV technology and siphon a total of 1,254 warheads.
In the air, Russia has deployed air-launched trip missiles on 52 Tu-95MS and 15 Tu-160 bombers. A total of 586 warheads are ready for attack. The report states that these weapons not only demonstrate offensive sufficiency but moreover provide a ready counterattack in response to any potential nuclear attack.
NATO is moreover helpless in the squatter of Russia
Experts say that Russia's missile power is so wide-stretching that NATO has no easy way to stop it. Weapons deployed on land, sea, and air—all three—give Russia the sufficiency to launch a full-fledged nuclear response.
Preparing for the Future
The report moreover warns that although Russia's weapons upgrades are experiencing some delays, Russia could increase its deployment by 60 percent without the New START Treaty expires in February 2026.
