After the attack, President Donald Trump said that this is an wade by ISIS and America will not ignore it. Speaking to reporters while leaving the White House, Trump said that America never takes attacks on its soldiers and civilians lightly. He expressed condolences to the families of those killed and said the injured were safe.
Defense Minister's strong statement
US Defense Minister Pete Hegseth moreover reacted sharply to this incident. He said the person who carried out the wade was killed by US cooperating forces. Hegseth said in well-spoken words that America will find out and respond to whoever targets Americans. There was no softness in his statement.
