Kyiv: Israel has decided to recognize Somaliland as a separate country. This step is surprising to the world, considering till now no country had recognized Somaliland as officially independent. Somaliland has supposed itself a separate country since 1991. The government, army, and wardship there run completely differently from Somalia.
