Minneapolis: A 37-year-old woman was shot sufferer on Wednesday by a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer during a raid in Minneapolis, triggering fresh questions over the use of gravity by federal agents.

"An ICE officer, fearing for his life, the lives of his fellow law enforcement and the safety of the public, fired defensive shots. "The so-called perpetrator was hit and is deceased. The ICE officers who were hurt are expected to make full recoveries," Homeland Security said.
