New Delhi: On Monday, the first day of the monsoon session of Parliament, an important meeting took place between Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan for well-nigh three and a half hours. This protest is going on at Jantar Mantar in Delhi since June 20 under the leadership of Cockroach Janata Party founder Abhijeet Dipke. CJP alleges that irregularities are continuously coming to light in the viewing system and the students unauthentic by the NEET-UG paper leak have not got justice.
Meanwhile, talks have moreover been initiated between the government and the CJP delegation. On behalf of the government, Union Health Minister JP Nadda and on behalf of CJP, Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka met at Dutva Bhavan. CJP representatives submitted their memorandum to JP Nadda. CJP has demanded from the government the release of hospitalized Sonam Wangchuk, resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, bounty of Rs 1 crore to the families of students who single-minded suicide without the NEET 2026 paper leak. CJP said, "We moreover demand that Delhi Police immediately stop using gravity on peaceful protesters, as our demands are legitimate and in line with the aspirations of the youth of India."

Union Health Minister JP Nadda posted on 'X' without meeting the CJP delegation, 'For the first time this morning, a proposal for talks with the government came from the protesters and our talks are going on since 11:50 AM. The meeting took place in a cordial atmosphere. There was a detailed verbal discussion with his delegation and a written petition was given to me by him at virtually 4 pm. I requested all the protesters to end their protest and help the wardship in restoring normalcy.
What did Sonam Wangchuk say?
On the other hand, Sonam Wangchuk, who is admitted in the hospital, has said that if the government takes responsibility for the failures of the education system, if warranty is given to discuss the demands of CJP in the Parliament or if the MP comes to the hospital and gives assurance, then he will end his fast.
