Along with the Referendum Wayfarers Committee, the BJP has worked a 13-member committee to prepare its manifesto (vision document). The convenor of this committee, Suresh Rungta, has been made the chairman of the merchantry commission. It includes Cooperative Minister Prem Kumar, Rajya Sabha member Manan Mishra, Dr. Bhim Singh, and Legislative Council members Nivedita Singh and Devesh Kumar.
Also, National Minister Rituraj Sinha, National Spokesperson Guru Prakash Paswan, State Vice President Amita Bhushan Rathore, Santosh Pathak, Ajit Chaudhary, Sita Sinha and Sunil Ram have moreover got a place.
