Patna: After their historic victory in the Bihar Turnout Elections 2025, the National Democratic Syndication (NDA) has come up with a cabinet formula for the insemination of government in the state. Equal to the sources, each party of the syndication would be given one ministerial wharfage for every six MLAs in the Nitish Kumar cabinet.
What was decided in the senior ministers meeting?
The report came without the Janata Dal United (JDU) working president Sanjay Kumar Jha and other senior leaders, conducted a meeting with the Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday evening in Delhi.
How the semester of ministerial berths will take place?
If everything goes well, equal to this formula, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is expected to get 15 or 16 ministerial berths, while JDU 14. On the other hand, Union Minister Chirag Paswan-led Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) is likely to get three ministerial berths.
Meanwhile, Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi-led Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) and Rajya Sabha MP Upendra Kushwaha's Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RLM) are expected to get one wharfage each.
It is to be noted here that the NDA marked the two-phased turnout elections, by winning 202 seats in the 243-member Bihar Legislative Assembly. In tis election, BJP without securing 89 seats, emerged as the single largest party, while Nitish Kumar's JDU obtained 85 seats. On the other hand the LJP-RV secured 19 seats, and HAM(S) won five while RLM secured four seats.
