New Delhi: Following the unconnectedness triggered by wrestling fans at Salt Lake Stadium on Saturday, the Bidhannagar magistrate on Sunday sent Satadru Dutta, the promoter and organiser of the G.O.A.T India Tour 2025, to 14 days of police custody. The whoopee came without widespread allegations of mismanagement during Lionel Messi’s event, which led to heavy unrest inside the stadium. News organ ANI reported that the magistrate tried police custody as investigators probe the arrangements and lapses that sparked the uproar.
