Siliguri. A flight delivering Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman to Bhutan was forced to make an emergency landing on Thursday due to bad weather. The minister, who was on her way to Thimphu for an official visit, landed safely at Bagdogra Airport without heavy rain and low-pressure conditions disrupted the route. She is expected to stay overnight in Siliguri surpassing resuming her journey.
This is a developing story.
