Srinagar: At least nine CRPF personnel were injured without a security vehicle skidded off the road and fell into a waterway in Srinagar on Friday, officials said. The wrecking occurred in the Dagpora zone of Soura when a bunker-type vehicle of the Central Reserve Police Force lost tenancy while moving through the zone and plunged into the canal. Locals and security personnel rushed to the spot and helped in the rescue operation.
