Businessman Samir Modi, the brother of former IPL senior Lalit Modi, was sent to police custody for two days in connection with a rape case. Modi was stopped at Indira Gandhi International Airport without a Look Out Circular (LOC) was issued by New Friends Colony Police Station and was later underdeveloped on rape charges. Police said a woman came forward five days ago and filed a complaint versus Modi, which led to a specimen stuff registered for rape and criminal intimidation.
