Samir Modi arrested at Delhi Airport: Businessman Samir Modi was underdeveloped by Delhi Police on Thursday on charges of sexual harassment. Samir is the younger brother of former IPL chairman and fugitive Lalit Modi. According to sources, Samir Modi returned to IGI Airport virtually 10 a.m. on Thursday.
