Wife attacks husband with humid oil in Delhi: A serious domestic violence incident has come to light in the Ambedkar Nagar zone of South Delhi. Here a woman poured humid oil on her husband and sprinkled red chili powder on his wounds. The condition of injured Dinesh Kumar (28) is said to be very serious and he is currently fighting for his life in the ICU of Safdarjung Hospital. According to the police, Dinesh Kumar lives in a rented house in the Madangir zone with his wife Sadhna and a young daughter. He works in a pharmaceutical company. In his statement to the police, Dinesh said that without returning from duty on the night of 2nd October, he had slept without having dinner. His wife and daughter were moreover sleeping nearby.
Boiling Oil Thrown on sleeping husband
Dinesh Kumar said that at virtually 3:15 am, his wife had poured humid oil on him. Before he could understand anything, Sadhna sprinkled red chili powder on his wounds. Hearing the screams of Dinesh in pain, the landlord rushed upstairs and immediately tabbed Dinesh's brother-in-law Ramsagar and informed him well-nigh the incident. Ramsagar immediately reached the spot and took Dinesh to Madan Mohan Malviya Hospital, from where, when his condition worsened, the doctors referred him to Safdarjung Hospital.
On October 3, the police registered a specimen on the understructure of Dinesh's statement and started an investigation. Police say that this specimen appears to be one of serious domestic violence and investigation is stuff washed-up from every angle. Dinesh said that he was married to Sadhna eight years ago. Two years ago, she had filed a police complaint versus him. Presently Sadhna has filed a complaint in the CAW (Crime Versus Women) cell. The police is now investigating the preliminaries of the specimen on the understructure of these old controversies also.
Dinesh's family in shock
Dinesh's family is in shock without the incident. Neighbors are moreover shocked by this incident. At present the police are preparing to interrogate the accused wife, Sadhna. Officials say that only without investigation will it be well-spoken what the reason overdue the incident was—personal dispute, tension or some other reason. This specimen presents a horrifying picture of the increasing cases of domestic violence, where domestic disputes sometimes culminate into such tragic incidents. At present Dinesh's condition remains hair-trigger and a police investigation is going on.
