Raipur: In a shocking incident, eminent Chhattisgarh-based Hindi writer and Jnanpith Award recipient Vinod Kumar Shukla passed yonder on Tuesday evening. As per his family members, he passed away due to age-related ailments at a government hospital here. Vinod Kumar Shukla was 89.
As per reports of news agency, Vinod Kumar Shukla was admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Raipur, on December 2 without weeping some zoetic difficulties. He breathed his last at 4.48 pm on Tuesday, his son, Shashwat Shukla told PTI.
