IRCTC scam: Ahead of Bihar elections 2025, a shocking news surfaced for Lalu Prasad Yadav in connection with IRCTC scam. The Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Magistrate today ordered framing of unchaste charges versus Lalu Prasad Yadav, his wife Rabri Yadav, and his son Tejashwi Yadav in the IRCTC hotel scam case.
Earlier, the magistrate had directed all accused, including former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Devi, and Tejashwi Yadav, to be physically present for the hearing. Notably, the CBI has accused as many as 14 people in the case, alleging self-indulgence in the tender for IRCTC scam. The specimen initiated by CBI in 2017, alleging self-indulgence and conspiracy in the sponsoring of two IRCTC hotel maintenance contracts.
