New Delhi: In a major transilience in land-for-job case, a Delhi magistrate on Monday deferred order versus RJD senior and former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav, his family members and others to December 4.
It is to be noted hear that the specimen was stuff heard by the special CBI Judge Vishal Gogne in the specimen filed by the organ versus Lalu Yadav, his family members and others over their so-called involvement in the case.
The magistrate has ordered that the specimen will now be taken up on December 4. The magistrate is likely to pronounce its visualization on whether there is sufficient vestige to frame charges.
