New Delhi: Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge speaking for the rural employment MGNREGA on Saturday said a nationwide wayfarers was needed versus the repeal of this scheme.
Kharge was speaking at the Congress Working Committee meeting and said that the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls was a "well-planned conspiracy" to limit democratic rights.
