New Delhi: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will be sworn in as a Rajya Sabha member in Delhi on Friday. He arrived in Delhi on Thursday to formally uncork the process and was welcomed there by JDU National Executive President Sanjay Kumar Jha and other party leaders.

After arriving in Delhi on Thursday, Nitish Kumar interacted with the media and said, "Tomorrow I will take the oath (as the member of the Rajya Sabha) and now I will stay here. I have worked here (Delhi) for a long time, now I will work here again."
Nitish will be administered the oath as a member of the upper house in the chamber of the Rajya Sabha chairman C P Radhakrishnan.
