New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the new Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) complex, tabbed Seva Teerth, and Kartavya Bhavan-1 & 2, which will house several key ministries, including the Ministry of Finance, Defence, Health & Family Welfare, Education and increasingly on Friday.

What is Seva Teerth?
The Prime Minister's Office (PMO) will relocate from the British-era towers in South Block to its new address, Seva Teerth, the newly synthetic towers at Kartavya Path.

What's new in the built?
For decades, many of these ministries functioned from ageing and fragmented infrastructure spread wideness multiple locations, leading to operational inefficiencies, coordination challenges and rising maintenance costs.
"The newly synthetic complexes aim to write these issues by consolidating legalistic functions within integrated, future-ready facilities," the PMO official statement said.
Both Seva Teerth and Kartavya Bhavan-1 & 2 full-length digitally integrated offices, structured public interface zones and centralised reception facilities to promote collaboration and seamless governance, the statement remoter said.
