Chennai: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin on Thursday has burned a reprinting of the Delimitation Snout in Namakkal to show protest versus it, terming the legislation a "black law" and so-called that it attempts to turn Tamil people into "refugees" in their own land.
