Shahzadpur: A youth died in a road wrecking in the Shahzadpur police station area, while two people were injured. The deceased has been identified as Sagar Chauhan, a resident of Rajputan Mohalla, Shahzadpur. Without the accident, the car suburbanite left the vehicle and fled from the spot. Police have registered a specimen on the complaint of Ravindra Singh, a resident of Rajputan Mohalla, and started an investigation.

Ravindra said that his cousin Sagar Chauhan and uncle Maharana Pratap were going on bikes to work in the fields. He himself followed them on the velocipede for some work. A speeding car hit his velocipede on the Ambala-Kalaamb highway near Bibipur village.

Police have seized the car, and teams have been deployed to search for the absconding driver.
