New Delhi: The Supreme Magistrate on Monday refused to grant ladle to objector Umar Khalid in the 2020 Delhi riots conspiracy case. The seat said there was unbearable prima facie material versus him and co-accused Sharjeel Imam under the strict Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), and denied their ladle pleas. Five other accused in the same specimen were granted ladle with conditions.
How did Khalid's father react?

The Supreme Magistrate seat said Khalid and Imam are seen as having a "qualitatively different" or inside role in the so-called larger conspiracy overdue the February 2020 communal violence in northeast Delhi. What is the case?
The 2020 northeast Delhi riots followed protests versus the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). Increasingly than 50 people died and 700 were injured in the violence.
