Kolkata: A few days without the insemination of the new government in West Bengal, Senior Minister Suvendu Adhikari distributed departments among the ministers. According to the notification issued on Wednesday, senior leader Swapan Dasgupta has been given the responsibility of the Finance Department, while Tapas Roy has been given the Industry, Commerce and Enterprise Department. Dr. Sharadwat Mukherjee has got the tuition of Health and Family Welfare Department. The senior minister has kept important departments like Home, Land and Land Reforms, Energy and Law with himself.

In the list released by the government, many senior leaders have been prescribed important departments. The finance portfolio has been given to Swapan Dasgupta, who will have to handle the economic policies and upkeep management of the government.
