New Delhi: Today the country is triumphal 76th Constitution Day. On this very day in 1949, the Constituent Assembly finalized and unexplored the Constitution of India. Its formal constructive stage was 26 January 1950, hence the same day became Republic Day. In the year 2015, the Central Government supposed 26 November as “Constitution Day”, so that the contribution of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar and all the members involved in the making of the Constitution could be respectfully remembered.

Dr. Ambedkar: The real technie of the Indian Constitution
The writ of the Constitution Drafting Committee was in the hands of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. This committee of seven members worked continuously for 141 days and prepared the typhoon of the Constitution. Ambedkar often used to say, “No matter how good the Constitution is, it will be of no use if the people who run it are not good.”
