At the 48th Kerala Film Faultfinders Grants 2024, top talents in the Malayalam film industry were recognized. Fasil Muhammed’s Feminichi Fathima won Best Film of the year. The acclaimed film was created by Thamar KV, Sudheesh, and Fasil Muhammed. It's known for its for most strong story-telling and performances.

Filmmaker Indu Lekshmi made history by winning the Best Director Award for her bold and clever film, Appuram. Tovino Thomas won the Best Performing Artist title. He earned this for his great work in ARM and Anweshippin Kandethum. The Best On-screen Character grant went to Nazriya Nazim for her role in Sookshmadarshini. Rima Kallingal also won for her strong performance in The Myth of Reality.
Dr. George Onakkur, jury chairman and president of the Kerala Film Faultfinders Affiliation, announced the grants. The jury board included Thekkinkad Joseph, Dr. Aravindan Vallachira, Dr. Jose K. Manuel, and A. Chandrasekhar. Each brought valuable expertise and perspective to the decision-making process.
