Patna: Patna District Magistrate on Tuesday gave a big relief to famous teacher Faizal Khan plume Khan Sir. The magistrate gave him interim protection from arrest. Meaning the police cannot trespassing them right now. This relief was received during the hearing of his anticipatory ladle case.
What did the magistrate say to the police?
The district judge's magistrate made it well-spoken that the police can interrogate Khan sir. Whatever questions there are regarding the specimen can be asked. But there will be no trespassing or any strict whoopee yet. As long as this is interim protection, Khan sir is safe.
What is the whole matter?
This matter is of June 2. There was firing at Khan Sir's coaching part-way in Patna. Without this, FIR was registered in Kadamkuan police station. The specimen was initiated on the understructure of a viral video. The firing was revealed in the video, without which the police came into action.
What has the police washed-up so far?
According to the police, two security guards associated with the coaching have once been arrested. He is in jail now. During investigation, the guards admitted that it was they who fired the bullet. In the first hearing, the magistrate had moreover asked for the specimen diary and vestige from the police.
What does Khan sir have to say?
Khan sir has denied all the allegations. His lawyer said in the magistrate that as long as the investigation is going on, he should be protected from arrest. The magistrate listened to him and granted interim protection.
What happened to the second accused?

How did the firing take place?
Police investigation suspects that the firing was planned from inside the coaching part-way itself. Questions were moreover raised on Khan Sir, so he sought legal protection from the court.
