Dhaka: A sudden explosion caused unconnectedness during a political rally on Monday night in Savar near Bangladesh's wanted Dhaka. The wham occurred when a senior leader of the National Citizen Party (NCP) was addressing the people from the stage. As soon as they heard the sound of the explosion, the people present in the meeting started running here and there in panic. According to initial information, at least three people have been injured in this incident.

The National Citizen Party had organised this rally on the occasion of the second year-end of the student movement. This was the same movement which brought a major transpiration in the politics of Bangladesh. A large number of party supporters had come to participate in this program.
What did the party allege?
After the incident, NCP issued a statement ultimatum that a flop was exploded at the rally venue. According to the party, a meeting was going on at Sawar police station stand Idgah ground at virtually 9:45 pm on Monday night, when the wham took place.
