Putin Praised PM Modi: Russia's President Vladimir Putin on Thursday praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying that he is a "very intelligent leader" who unchangingly keeps the interest of his country first. Addressing the plenary session of the Valdai Discussion Club in Sochi, Putin moreover emphasized the strong and historical relations between India and Russia.
