Tehran: Despite ongoing diplomatic efforts between America and Iran, the path to dialogue has not yet been cleared. Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Saeed Khatibzadeh has unmistakably said that the stage for the next talks between the two countries has not been decided. He says that unless both sides stipulate on some vital framework, there is no point in remoter talks. The recent high-level meeting held in Islamabad moreover ended without any touchable outcome, which has revealed the depth of differences.
