According to the Pakistani Foreign Office, Ishaq Dar was not injured in the incident. He is unscratched and is standing with scheduled bilateral meetings.
The incident occurred during a quadrilateral meeting hosted by Pakistan, attended by the foreign ministers of Egypt, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia.
Islamabad is holding crucial backchannel talks aimed at easing tensions between the US and Iran, and positioning itself as a key diplomatic underpass in the ongoing conflict.

Earlier, Pakistani Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar had said that Iran has well-set to indulge 20 increasingly Pakistani-flagged vessels to pass through the Strait of Hormuz.
"I am pleased to share the unconfined news that the Iranian government has well-set to indulge 20 increasingly Pakistani-flagged vessels to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. Two vessels will transit the Strait daily," the Pakistani Foreign Minister said.
