Bihar: Before the voting of the second phase of Bihar Assembly elections, Jan Adhikar Party (JAP) senior and MP Pappu Yadav has strongly attacked the NDA. He said that NDA is selling a stow of lies and the voters of Bihar are now in the mood for change.
