Bihar Elections 2025 : Before the Bihar Assembly elections in 2025, political turmoil has intensified regarding seat sharing in the NDA alliance. A social media post by Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RLM) President Upendra Kushwaha created a stir in the unshortened political environment. Kushwaha unmistakably said that the final try-on on seat sharing has not been reached yet, while its news is stuff wrongly spread in the media.
Upendra Kushwaha's scathing post
On Saturday morning, Upendra Kushwaha wrote on 'X' (formerly Twitter), "Don't go by the news here and there. The conversation has not been completed yet. I don't know what kind of news is going on in the media. If someone is planting the news, then it is sanctimony and fraud. You people remain zestful like this." His statement made it well-spoken that differences still remain within the NDA regarding seat distribution. Without this post by Kushwaha, the discussion intensified in political circles well-nigh whether there has been any hindrance in the seat-sharing process of NDA, or whether the smaller allies have not been satisfied.

After this statement of Kushwaha, BJP tried to sieve the situation. Bihar BJP President Dilip Jaiswal said that seat-sharing talks between the syndication parties are scrutinizingly well-constructed and it can be formally spoken on Saturday. He said that there will be a meeting of BJP's cadre group in Delhi on Saturday, without which seat sharing will be spoken from Delhi or Patna.
Possible Seat Formula
According to sources, a proposal for seat sharing has been prepared in NDA, in which virtually 200 to 203 seats can be given to BJP and JDU together. At the same time, out of the remaining 40 to 42 seats, LJP (Ram Vilas) can get 26 seats, Hindustan Awam Morcha (HAM) can get 8 seats and Upendra Kushwaha's RLM can get 6 seats. However, all parties have not yet well-set on this.
Discontent among smaller parties remains a hurdle
Sources say that there is some dissatisfaction among the smaller allies of NDA. He believes that BJP and JDU are keeping too many seats between them, while regional parties are getting less share than expected. Talks on this issue are still going on.
Announcement likely today
The BJP leadership has indicated that the final visualization on seat sharing will be taken today. A round of meetings is going on in Delhi and Patna. If everything goes well, then NDA can formally signify the seats by Saturday evening.
