New Delhi: The Bombay High Magistrate on Wednesday ordered firsthand takedown of all defamatory content uploaded on social media versus Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and stated that the post are completely "vile, abusive, obscene." The magistrate moreover directed Meta, X Corp and Google LLC to ensure that the posts are taken down.

A single seat of Justice Arif Doctor on Wednesday granted interim relief to Nitin Gadkari and moreover directed Meta, X Corp and Google LLC to ensure that the posts are taken down.
While giving the verdict, the magistrate has ordered to remove the defamatory content related to ethanol. The magistrate reprimanded the lawyers of the social media platform and directed that the defamatory content well-nigh Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari be removed.

The Union Minister had filed a petition in the Bombay High Magistrate in this matter. He told the magistrate that misleading, defamatory, indecent and fake videos regarding ethanol were posted on social media. His family was linked to E20 through deepfake and AI videos.

In his petition, Nitin Gadkari said that several posts and videos on social media have so-called that Gadkari withal with his family members were deriving financial gains from the ethanol policy of the inside government. He refuted those allegations as false and baseless. He stated that these allegations are made up to create ravages among the public well-nigh him.
