New Delhi: The Supreme Magistrate has refused to grant relief to RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav. Lalu Yadav had sought to quash the proceedings related to the FIR lodged versus him and several members of his family in connection with the 'land-for-jobs' scam case. However, a seat comprising Justice M.M. Sundresh and Justice N. Kotiswar Singh stated that Lalu Prasad Yadav would not be required to towards surpassing the trial magistrate during the trial.
