IRCTC scam: In a latest minutiae in IRCTC scam, Rouse Avenue Magistrate in Delhi, will unhook its order on framing charges versus RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav and others on October 13. As per the chargesheet, V K Asthana and R K Goyal, the former IRCTC group unstipulated managers and directors of Sujata Hotels and owners of Chanakya Hotel, Vijay Kochhar and Vinay Kochhar names were moreover there.
