IRCTC scam: In a latest minutiae in IRCTC scam, Rouse Avenue Magistrate in Delhi, will unhook its order on framing charges versus RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav and others on October 13. Notably, the specimen is in connection with the so-called irregularities in providing contract to two IRCTC hotels for the maintenance to a firm during Lalu Prasad Yadav’s regime as a Railway Minister. However, the accused have argued that the CBI doesn't have sufficient proof related to the case.

As per the chargesheet, V K Asthana and R K Goyal, the former IRCTC group unstipulated managers and directors of Sujata Hotels and owners of Chanakya Hotel, Vijay Kochhar and Vinay Kochhar names were moreover there.
