DUSU Elections 2025: The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) took over three posts in the Delhi University Students Union (DUSU) referendum results. ABVP candidate for the post of most important president, Aryan Mann, held the post by defeating NSUI candidate Joslin Nandita Chaudhary by a big margin. Earlier, the post of president was with the NSUI and the current DUSU president was Ronak Khatri. ABVP snatched this chair from NSUI this time. On Thursday, students tint their votes in all the united colleges of DU tween heavy security arrangements. The counting of votes started on Friday morning and the results were supposed without all the rounds were completed.

- Vice President: Govind Tanwar—20,547 votes (lost)

From NSUI:
- President: Joslin Nandita Chaudhary—12,645 votes (lost)
- Vice President: Rahul Jhansla - 29,339 votes (won)
- Secretary: Kabir Girsa—16,117 Votes (lost)
- Joint Secretary: Lavkush Bhadana—17,380 votes (loses)
In this way, ABVP won the posts of Chairman, Secretary and Joint Secretary, while NSUI only came to the account.

Who are Aryan Mann and Joslin Nandita Chaudhary?
Aryan Mann, who is from Bahadurgarh in Haryana, was the presidential candidate for ABVP. He promised subsidized metro passes during the referendum campaign, self-ruling Wi-Fi on campus, an serviceability inspect for disabled students and largest sports facilities.
Jros chrisin Nandita Chaudhary, who is a postgraduate student of Buddhist Studies, preferred issues such as lack of hostels in her referendum campaign, campus security, and menstrual leave.
SFI-Asia performance
The SFI-AISA syndication fielded Anjali, a student of Indraprastha College for Women, for the post of president. Although the match was triangular, the main standoff remained between ABVP and NSUI. SFI-AISA lagged overdue all positions and could not win any victory.

In the 2024 DUSU election, NSUI won the post of Chairman and Joint Secretary, breaking the seven-year defeat.
