New Delhi: The monsoon is here. It has spread wideness large parts of the country. North India has once seen a wet spell. The rains had paused for a bit. But the India Meteorological Department has now issued a fresh alert. Several states are when on watch.
North India on alert?
Rain is coming when to the north. Himachal Pradesh, Jammu Kashmir, Ladakh and Uttarakhand will remain wet from June 7 right through to June 13. Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi and Punjab will see rain on June 7 and then then from June 11 to 13. Western UP gets rain on June 7 and June 11 to 13. Eastern UP will get its share from June 10 to 13.

Heavy rain expected in northeast India?
The northeast is once receiving heavy rain. The IMD says this will protract for the next seven days. Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura and Nagaland will all stay wet from June 7 to 13. People in these states have been asked to stay cautious.
What people should do?
